I don’t know how to tell my mum I don’t trust myself enough to stay here over night. I need to go back to the unit before I try anything again.. 

An update, I’m still staying in the unit, but I’m on overnight leave for the weekend. I’m not sure what to say, I’m um alive? 
They’re trying to say I have a ‘cognitive eating-disorder’, I don’t even know any more.  

Well, I have to stay in hospital over night, and then I’m going to be gettin admitted to a unit. Great.
